Responsible Gaming at 2k999 — Your safety is our priority
Online gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. At 2k999, we believe that safe and responsible gaming habits are what ensure long-term enjoyment.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming has become a popular form of entertainment for millions of people in Bangladesh. From cricket betting to slot games, 2k999 offers a wide variety of games. But like any form of entertainment, gaming remains enjoyable only when kept under control.
2k999 wants every player to game within their limits, consciously and with enjoyment. Our platform has a number of tools and features to help you maintain healthy gaming habits. Remember — gaming should be for fun, not as a guaranteed way to earn money.
Age restrictions must be followed
2k999 is for people aged 21 or older only. Minors are not permitted to open an account or play. We are very strict about age verification and reserve the right to suspend any suspicious account pending verification.
Our safety tools
Deposit Limit
Set a cap on how much you can deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you want to raise a limit, a waiting period applies, which helps prevent impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break for a while, activate a time-out. You can pause for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time, no gaming or deposits will be possible on your account. Once the pause period ends, your account is reactivated automatically.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is causing serious problems in your life, self-exclusion is an effective step. Activating this feature will close your account for a set extended period, and no new account can be opened during that time.
24/7 Support
If you feel any concern or distress related to gaming, contact the 2k999 support team right away. Our live chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support is available in Bengali and English. You can also write to us by email: [email protected]
Spending Monitoring
All transactions and betting history are stored in your account on 2k999. Review your history regularly and understand where you are spending your time and money. Staying aware is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Account Security
Keep your account details secure. Do not share your login information with anyone in your household, especially minors. 2k999 uses SSL encryption to keep all your data and transactions secure. If you notice anything suspicious, notify the support team immediately.
Signs of problematic gaming
Ask yourself — do any of the following situations apply to you? If more than one answer is yes, it may be time to seek help.
- You keep gaming repeatedly to try to recover money you have lost
- You are neglecting family or work because of gaming
- You repeatedly end up spending more than your set budget
- You find it difficult to stop gaming

- You are gaming to escape mental anxiety or depression
- You are taking on debt or borrowing money to fund gaming
