These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 2k999 platform and all its associated services. When you register, log in, or use any part of the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be met on the bonus received before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used alongside real money.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• 2k999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.
• A second bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on 2k999 are determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. If a game result is unclear due to a technical error, the relevant game may be considered void and the bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

It is mandatory to read the event-specific terms and conditions before placing a bet in the sports betting section. In-play betting rules may differ from pre-match betting rules.

6.3 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on data recorded on the server. 2k999 will not be liable for any losses caused by connection issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
